Evotym ищет hands-on финансового специалиста в быстрорастущую финтех-компанию. Ваша роль — улучшение финансовой видимости, автоматизация процессов и участие в планировании и анализе показателей, с постепенным расширением обязанностей.

Кандидат должен обладать опытом в платежных сервисах, навыками работы с SQL/Python/BI и готовностью развивать финансовую функцию по мере роста компании.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы с финансовыми данными и аналитикой с использованием SQL, Python и BI.
• Навыки автоматизации финансовой отчетности и улучшения процессов.
• Опыт работы в платежных/финансовых сервисах будет плюсом.

Responsibilities

• Подготовка и анализ финансовых данных, отчетов и показателей деятельности.
• Создание и улучшение финансовой отчетности, дэшбордов и аналитических инструментов.
• Автоматизация финансовых процессов и отчетности с использованием SQL, Python, BI.
• Поддержка финансового планирования, прогнозирования и принятия решений.
• Сотрудничество с другими командами по финансовым проектам и улучшениям процессов.
• Ведение финансовых задач и постепенное расширение обязанностей.

Our client is a fast-growing fintech company focused on card acquiring. It helps businesses accept card payments from customers across different markets and provides the infrastructure behind the payment flow. Take on a hands-on finance role with room to shape how reporting and planning work. You will improve financial visibility, automate processes and help a growing business make informed decisions. The scope of the role will expand as you take ownership of more of the finance function.

Задачи

• Prepare and analyse financial data, reports and business performance metrics.
• Build and improve financial reporting, dashboards and analytical tools.
• Automate finance processes and reporting using SQL, Python, BI or other relevant tools.
• Support financial planning, forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
• Work across teams on finance projects and process improvements.
• Own finance tasks and processes, gradually expanding your responsibilities.
• Help build and develop the finance function as the company grows.

Требования

• Previous experience at a Big-4 or comparable audit firm.
• Current or recent experience in payments, electronic money, acquiring or related financial services.
• Hands-on experience with financial data and analytics using SQL, Python, BI or similar tools.
• Experience automating financial reporting or improving finance processes.
• A plus: experience with safeguarding, regulatory reporting, settlement and reconciliation, or interchange.
• A plus: ACA, ACCA or CFA qualification.
• A plus: experience building finance processes or functions from scratch.
• Languages: English , Russian .
• Based in or willing to relocate to Cyprus or the UK.
• Experience in fintech.
• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership without waiting for instructions.
• Able to work at pace and manage multiple priorities.
• Results-oriented, with a focus on getting things done.
