Responsibilities

• Administer the Field Finance Support mailbox answering inquiries about transactions, processes or policies.
• Oversee and analyze funeral home and cemetery transactions for accuracy and to identify process improvements.
• Answer questions about location comparability status, operating status and roll-up structure.
• Support Cemetery Flower Placement program via email inquiries from location associates.
• Provide light financial statement training for new Location Managers or General Managers as needed.
• Create reports and dashboards for monthly reporting.
• Compile SOX assessment quarterly reports and analysis.
• Investigate and resolve security access issues to systems and reports.
