Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Project Manager to drive change within Financial Operations, overseeing major AP-related initiatives and process improvements.

You will coordinate with field teams and senior management to deliver solutions and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring timely, cost-effective project execution. The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Access databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field preferred)
• 3-5 years project management experience
• Strong presentation and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous accounts payable/pcard experience a plus
• Must possess exceptional analytical and conceptual skills
• Proficient in MS Office products
• Willingness to travel as necessary and pass background checks

Responsibilities

• Manage current and future generation projects in Financial Operations (e.g., Cora Workflow enhancements, Access database updates)
• Manage full life cycle of AP-related processes (Pcard, Vehcap, Petty Cash, T&E, Manual AP)
• Collaborate with process owners and field associates to evaluate customer and business requirements
• Consult with senior management and propose new initiatives to meet identified needs
• Identify, design, and implement automated system solutions with integrated controls
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and cost constraints
• Present final recommendations and project outcomes to senior management
• Institute measures to monitor Accounts Payable processes
• Perform other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
