Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Florida is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting to lead a global accounting organization and ensure accurate financial reporting, strong governance, and effective close processes across multiple entities. You will mentor the accounting team, drive process improvements, support audits, and partner with Finance, Operations, Tax, IT and business leaders to enhance controls and deliver executive-ready analyses.

Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings and CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including people leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in manufacturing, technology, distribution, or industrial environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, controls, reconciliations, and close processes.
• Experience supporting audits and working within a SOX-controlled environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support accounting operations across assigned areas of responsibility.
• Oversee financial reporting activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with US GAAP.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including issue resolution and timely escalation of risks.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Tax, FP&A, and IT to resolve accounting matters and improve financial processes.
• Monitor and strengthen internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures.
• Support internal and external audits and coordinate responses to audit requests.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for accounting team members.
• Drive succession planning, cross-training, and organizational capability development.
• Participate in accounting transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support inventory accounting, manufacturing accounting, intercompany processes, and other operational accounting activities as applicable.
• Prepare and present executive-ready analysis and recommendations to accounting and finance leadership.
• Lead special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

The Senior Manager, Accounting is a key leadership role within Hyve's global accounting organization responsible for supporting accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and process excellence across a growing manufacturing business. This position partners closely with Finance, Operations, Tax, IT, and business leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong governance, effective execution of the close process, and continuous improvement of accounting processes.

The role provides leadership to accounting personnel, supports the development of scalable accounting practices, and helps drive operational excellence across a multi-entity, global manufacturing environment. The Senior Manager serves as a trusted advisor on accounting matters, assists in resolving complex issues, and contributes to strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, controls, and financial statement integrity.
