Job summary

HYVE Solutions is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to support the HYVE Financial Operations Organization. You will provide strategic support for the delivery of preceding sales services and support to clients/customers.

The role analyzes inventory, margins, labor and overhead, and collaborates across departments to drive profitability and value for customers while fostering process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced business environment
• Experience analyzing financial statements and supporting profitability initiatives
• Experience coordinating cross-functional activities across departments
• Familiarity with AI tools and data-driven decision making
• Knowledge of finance procedures and credit environments

Responsibilities

• Support the HYVE Financial Operations Organization and provide strategic support for sales services
• Provide analytics and data for business decisions across inventory, margins, labor/overhead, and development spend
• Lead and mentor analysts across multiple financial areas and promote best practices across teams
• Identify process improvements to enhance profitability and customer value
• Assist with customer issue resolution and cross-department collaboration

About This Role

Responsible for supporting the HYVE Financial Operations Organization. Provides strategic support for the delivery of preceding sales services and supports to clients/customers.

• Work to support HYVE Solutions, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Synnex Corporation
• HYVE Solutions is a leader in providing customers with energy-efficient rack-level server, storage and networking solutions that are cost effective and built specifically to actual workloads and data center environments
• Supports the activities of Business process related to company profitability.
• Provides analytics + data forensics to justify high level business decisions.
• Oversees team of analysts across multiple financial areas including but not limited to inventory, sales margins, labor/overhead and engineering development spend
• Analyzes operational processes, escalation procedures, departmental systems, and identifies opportunities for improvements and value add to customers/clients.
• Assists with the activities of customer issue resolution.
• Is an advocate for the customer in dealing with multiple departments across the company. Provide guidance to other team members, promoting best practices.

Your passion is sparked by:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or 5 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience working in a complex, fast-paced, results oriented, growing business environment
• Previous leadership experience in manufacturing preferred
• Prior experience with international business a plus
• Knowledge and understanding of Finance procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate professionally and amiably with internal and external customers
• Advanced financial statement analysis skills and interpretation
• Familiarity with AI tools
• Familiarity with financing alternatives in a trade (B2B) credit environment
• Proficient with Windows, MS Word and MS Excel.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision as well as the ability to lead others

Compensation

Fremont, CA - $141,000–$154,000 annually

Seattle, WA - $126,000-$140,000 annually

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
