Job summary

AC & JC Foundation seeks a Finance & Operations Manager reporting to the Executive Director. This role oversees finance, administration, accounting management and reporting, grants management and human resources, ensuring accurate GL and AP processing and timely payments.

Additionally responsible for payroll and benefits administration, grants compliance, and daily office operations. The position collaborates with staff across the Foundation for a Just Society to coordinate information systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance, administration, accounting management and reporting, grants management and human resources, ensuring accurate general ledger and accounts payable processing and timely payments.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration, grants management and compliance, and daily office management to maintain smooth Foundation operations.
• Partner with staff at the Foundation for a Just Society to coordinate essential information systems technology and facilities & property maintenance.
