Jessica & Friends Community seeks an Executive Finance Leader to manage the finance department, IT services, and facilities. You will guide daily operations including payroll, accounts payable, donations, investments and budgeting, aligning with the organization’s mission and core values.

You will oversee internal controls, audit readiness, and financial reporting to the Board, while coordinating with banks and external financial partners to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive financial and accounting skills with nonprofit exposure preferred.
• Experience with payroll, budgeting, auditing, and financial planning required.
• Familiarity with GAAP and internal controls is essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Finance Department, IT Services, and Facilities Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and present financial statements and reports for Board of Directors.
• Lead annual budgeting process and financial planning activities.
• Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and income to ensure financial health.
• Coordinate with external auditors, accountants, and banking partners.
