Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a hands-on Manager, Finance Management - Accounts Payable to lead an AP team and drive end-to-end P2P and O2C processes. The role requires deep analytics, cross-functional partnership, and exceptional stakeholder communication across North America and international teams.

You will build and monitor KPIs, scale processes, and mentor a growing team while aligning with Amazon’s Leadership Principles and Day 1 culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in tax, finance or related analytical field experience
• 6+ years in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable
• 6+ years applying KPIs to analyses
• 6+ years building financial and operational reports/data sets
• 6+ years creating process improvements with automation and analysis
• 5+ years directly managing and leading a team of 5+
• 3+ years advanced proficiency in Excel

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate scalable Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes
• Set and execute business objectives and monitor key success metrics
• Partner with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives
• Develop financial and operational plans to meet long-term goals
• Provide accurate financial reporting, tracking, and recommendations for corrective actions
• Mentor and train team members to deliver strong customer service
• Triage vendor payments and resolve issues, including executive communication
• Identify escalation trends, root causes, and defects; drive resolution
• Document operating procedures for complex vendors and scenarios
• Use data from multiple sources (Excel/SQL) for reporting and analysis
• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely receivables
• Educate internal/external customers on self-service tools
• Coordinate across US/Canada time zones and with India partners
