Job summary

RemX is seeking a Finance Manager, Operations to partner with operational leaders across multi-site locations in the United States. The role blends strategic finance with hands-on FP&A, profitability analysis, and cost control in a fast-moving Contract Logistics environment.

You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and planning, monitor KPIs, and influence senior stakeholders to drive profitability. This position offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to shape national operations strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive finance, controllership, FP&A, or operational finance experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations and complex business environments.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Executive-level communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven success influencing stakeholders across operations and finance.
• Experience within logistics, supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, transportation, or 3PL environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
