Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in financial management, business operations, budgeting, or administrative leadership.
• Experience developing and managing complex operating budgets and financial reporting.
• Experience developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and business processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Provide financial leadership and operational oversight for the Office of Biomedical Research (OBR) and related cores.
• Lead budget development, financial planning, forecasting, and resource allocation across a diverse portfolio.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and multi-year projections for strategic investments and programs.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and financial performance with actionable insights.
• Develop and monitor financial/operational KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor management, and contracts in collaboration with university offices.
• Coordinate personnel transactions and advise on recruitment processes for OBR.
