Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required and 5 years of related experience; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of post-award financial management and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with budgeting, financial projections, and sponsor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage sponsored award portfolios for assigned Principal Investigators (PIs).
• Perform post-award financial reconciliation, budget planning, and projections.
• Process post-award financial activities such as salary changes and appointments.
• Serve as a liaison between PIs and administrative units across the University at Buffalo.
• Collaborate with team to achieve funding goals and ensure compliance.
