D2B is seeking a Group Finance Operations Lead to run financial rhythms across Australian entities, focusing on bookkeeping, month-end close, AP/AR, payroll coordination, weekly cash flow, inventory planning and process discipline. This hands-on role reports to the owner and an external Australian accountant, using Xero, ApprovalMax and Unleashed to keep books clean and cash visible.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years finance + ops experience for SMEs / owner-operated businesses.
• Deep, current Xero across multi-entity setups (including a trust).
• Strong Australian tax context—BAS, GST, super, STP, FBT.
• Demonstrated cashflow operator with weekly cashflow detail.
• Google Sheets fluency; extend existing models.
• Inventory exposure; reorder points, EOQ, S&OP rhythm.
• Analytical and proactive; pushes insights without being asked.
