Job summary

Coframe is hiring its first operations leader in San Francisco to own finance, accounting, and business operations. You will streamline how we sell, contract, bill, collect, and report, ensuring clean handoffs between signing and billing and driving growth across teams.

You’ll own the details while building scalable systems, improve data quality across CRM, billing, and finance, and lead high-priority cross-team initiatives as Coframe scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across finance, accounting, business operations, or revenue operations, including experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Strong foundations in revenue recognition, monthly close, and financial controls.
• Understanding of recurring revenue models, quote-to-cash, and SaaS metrics (ARR, renewals, expansion).
• Experience overseeing accounting work and external partners with accountability for outcomes.
• Ability to build forecasts, dashboards, and operating reports across CRM, billing, and finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close, AP/AR, billing, and collections; manage internal and external partners as needed.
• Establish revenue recognition practices and financial controls for software and services with enterprise contracts.
• Manage cash, banking, and treasury operations while ensuring tax and compliance across entities.
• Develop financial reporting for leadership and the board; support budgeting, forecasting, and audit readiness.
• Own and improve processes connecting sales, contracting, invoicing, renewals, and expansion; build reliable SaaS metric reporting.
