Accurate Paper Box is hiring a Senior Accountant / Operational Finance Analyst to own financial reporting and drive process improvements. You will build dashboards, manage payroll-related tasks, and partner with leadership to scale the business in Knoxville, TN.

Ideal candidates have strong QuickBooks Online experience, robust GL knowledge, and a proven ability to implement cross‑functional financial controls across ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks Online and ERP systems required.
• Strong general ledger accounting and financial reporting skills.
• Experience managing AP/AR and reconciliations with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and ERP systems.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist payroll processing and reconciliations.
• Perform monthly close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with operations and sales to improve margin visibility.
