This internship offers a front-row view of how finance and operations work together to keep a large marketing and communications organization running. You will report to the finance manager and focus primarily on budget, invoicing, and financial reporting, while also supporting marketing operations. The two functions work hand in hand: the financial data you analyze is tied to the projects, timelines, and deliverables you help track. Working in both gives you a complete picture of how marketing investments are planned, managed, and measured.
You will use data to find insights, use AI-enabled tools to work faster and think more broadly, and learn directly from finance and operations leaders. This is a role for someone curious, detail-oriented, and eager to turn numbers into recommendations. You will also contribute to employee engagement initiatives that strengthen collaboration across the division.
You will collaborate with teams across the Enterprise Marketing & Communications division, including Enterprise Integrated Marketing, Communications, Finance & Operations, and Enterprise Customer Experience. You will see how each function contributes to the business and build a network across the division.
