You will support operations, compliance and marketing/product needs, gaining hands-on experience with systems and data analysis while learning from home office staff.

The role emphasizes due diligence, training development for registered representatives, financial planning research, and project support across operations and investment products.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or data analytics (3rd/4th year).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Critical thinking and ability to troubleshoot solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and organizing due diligence for product offerings.
• Aid in the development of training for registered representatives field force.
• Assist with financial planning and marketing research.
• Research various financial services and compliance topics.
• Assist with project implementation for operations/tech, compliance and investment product initiatives.
• Collect, compile, analyze and report on financial and operating data.
• Support content review and site enhancements for internal and external webpages.
• Perform other duties as requested.
