Job summary

Kforce Inc. in Milwaukee seeks a Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance to act as a strategic partner to the Division President and collaborate with the CFO to drive disciplined capital allocation and profitable growth for a division of the company.

This executive will lead division-level accounting and finance teams, ensuring strong governance, financial stewardship, and robust FP&A capabilities across multi-unit operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Experience leading division-level accounting/finance in a corporate or publicly traded environment.
• Strong FP&A, financial modeling and business partnership capabilities.
