etc group, a Dallas-based travel management company, seeks a Director of Finance & Accounting Operations to oversee financial strategy, reporting, and operational excellence across multiple divisions. This executive will guide long-term planning, ensure GAAP compliance, and advise the CEO.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, strong modeling/forecasting skills, and expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and travel finance systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and BI tools.
• Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel.
• Knowledge of Trams, Sabre and hospitality/travel finance.
• Proven success leading teams through growth.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, financial systems, entity management, client reporting, payroll and corporate compliance.
• Shape and guide the financial strategy to support growth and the next chapter.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and serve as a key advisor to the CEO.
