Job summary

Ideal candidate has 7+ years in finance, CPA preferred, with ERP and Excel proficiency, and a track record of building robust financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in accounting/finance with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP, reporting tools, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting processes: AP, AR, GL, month-end close.
• Manage reconciliations; ensure accuracy and timely variance resolution.
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasts with variance analysis.
• Prepare financial analyses and reports for executive decision-making.
• Maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures; ensure compliance.
