Canteen, a Compass Group brand, is hiring an Operations Controller to oversee the accounting activity for assigned accounts and support the Regional Controller across financial operations. This in-office role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 2–3 years of revenue control, financial reporting, and cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent field.
• 2–3 years’ experience with revenue control, financial reporting and cash handling responsibilities.
• Ability to prepare monthly financial statements, key metric reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and analyses.

Responsabilités

• Performs reconciliation and analysis for balance sheet accounts.
• Analyzes financial results for internal and external use.
• Tracks and maintains monthly P/L and balance sheet activity.
• Develops forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Reviews general ledger and balance sheets.
• Resolves accounting/reconciliation issues.
• Prepares financial reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual, including audits.
• Maintains inventory and cost control procedures.
