Bon Appétit Management Company is seeking an Operations Controller for a client location. The role requires strong accounting skills, cash handling, and collaboration with operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule. Online applications are accepted; compensation includes a $90,000–$100,000 pay range and benefits under Compass Group USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in revenue control, financial reporting, and cash handling.
• Experience in foodservice or retail industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash handling procedures and daily reconciliations.
• Analyze balance sheet accounts and prepare monthly reports.
• Develop forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Maintain cost controls and inventory procedures.
• Support payroll and HR administration.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports.
