Compass Group USA’s FLIK division seeks an Operations Controller to manage accounting activities for an assigned account and support the Regional Director of Finance. The role emphasizes cash control, reconciliation, and financial reporting across monthly close and audits.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 5+ years in revenue control and financial reporting, and strong Excel skills. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience with revenue control and financial reporting.
• Experience with cash handling in foodservice or retail is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees cash handling procedures and reconciliations.
• Analyzes financial results for internal and external use.
• Maintains monthly P/L and balance sheet activity.
• Develops forecasts and budgets; identifies risks and opportunities.
• Performs payroll and HR administration; supports general ledger reviews.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
