Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a contract accounting professional to manage contracting needs across shared services and serve as the primary contact for diverse contracts. You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance and Legal to drive approvals, prepare journal entries, and support month-end analyses.

The role requires 3 years of accounting experience, advanced Excel, and NetSuite expertise. It is a remote, EOR contractor position open to residents across the 50 states.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of progressive accounting experience and experience in project/program management, quantitative analysis and/or financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience; NetSuite is preferred.
• Ability to manage confidential information with high integrity and discretion.
• Inquisitive, analytical and detail oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracting needs for various shared service departments.
• Serve as primary point of contact for diverse set of contracts.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance and Legal to facilitate approvals and signatures.
• Brief management on budgetary matters.
• Lead daily and monthly administrative tasks such as PO and vendor invoice management.
• Calculate month-end accruals and prepare journal entries.
• Assist in month-end performance analysis to budget.
• Provide data management and analytical support between Shared Service and Finance.
