Job summary

Experience with Cobblestone CLM and NetSuite ERP is highly desirable. The position is virtual, open to Eastern and Central US locations; compensation includes an hourly rate based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and contract administration.
• Strong ability to manage contracts through review, approval, and execution.
• Proven skills in POs creation, reporting and SOX-related processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage PO activities: creation, reporting, follow-up, closure.
• Coordinate contract execution through DocuSign and routing.
• Prepare monthly SOX control reporting and procurement metrics.
