Responsibilities

• Carry the remote payroll run from gross calc to filed tax deposit.
• Trim days off the AP cycle without straining a single vendor.
• Generate ad hoc reports combining SQL and relationship building for finance leadership.
• Own the accounts-payable cycle from invoice intake through final disbursement.
• Own the full-cycle accounts payable and receivable process.
• Forecast working capital tightly to avoid cash crunch.
• Validate revenue recognition in line with current accounting standards.
• Forecast headcount cost as Augusta, GA scales.
