Job summary

Mieux Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our Pioneer West Region office on a full-time basis.

You will provide essential support to our accounting and finance operations, working closely with senior accounting professionals to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting. The role covers processing transactions, assisting with reconciliations and statements, maintaining files, supporting AP/AR, month-end close, and ad hoc analysis.

Qualifications

• Qualification in accounting or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, receipts and payments.
• Assist with preparation and reconciliation of accounts and financial statements.
• Maintain accurate and organised financial records and documentation.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare schedules and documentation for audits and compliance.
