Job summary

Davis-Standard, LLC seeks a finance professional to support treasury, tax, and accounting processes. You will pull data, build schedules, reconcile balances, and respond to inquiries to keep critical financial processes running smoothly across the organization.

You will collaborate with corporate finance leadership, site controllers, and auditors, handling defined recurring tasks end-to-end while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Solid working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data sets.
• Excellent organization and follow-through on commitments.
• Service mindset and ability to flag slippage proactively.
• Ability to handle multiple directions across time zones and stakeholders.
• Clear written communication that stands on its own.

Responsibilities

• Support treasury: cash forecasting inputs, intercompany cash pooling, debt activity, and bank documentation.
• Support tax & compliance: transfer pricing cost pools, tax provision schedules, VAT/ GST filings, and cross-border withholding documents.
• Support accounting: journal entries, reconciliations, month-end variance analysis, cash flows, and audit responses.
• Contribute to close process documentation and improvements across close workflows.
