Job summary

Rocket Software, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to own operational workstreams for renewal execution, partnering with Renewals leadership, Sales, and cross-functional teams on M&A-related renewals activity and process documentation.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Finance/Accounting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with accuracy in a fast-paced environment. This role directly supports Finance leadership and senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (required).
• 3–5 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for executives.

Responsibilities

• Streamline financial renewal reporting and drive process improvements.
• Support monthly reporting, rolling forecasts, and annual budgeting in line with FP&A timelines.
• Collaborate with finance and cross-company teams to analyze performance vs plan.
• Present analyses to management and executives; advise on corrective actions.
