Russell Tobin is seeking a Finance Associate/Analyst in Ohio for a leading financial services firm. This onsite role requires you to work onsite every day for the first 90 days and offers a pay rate of $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience.

The role involves supporting internal clients, handling inquiries about accounts and processes, building relationships, and ensuring accurate documentation while learning new systems and financial concepts quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Approximately 1 year of relevant experience; internships count.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to internal clients and business partners by responding to questions and requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service and communication.
• Handle inquiries related to financial accounts, products, and processes.
• Research questions and resolve issues using internal systems and procedures.
• Process requests accurately and follow established policies and procedures.
• Identify and elevate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting service goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely follow-up on requests.
• Learn new systems, processes, and financial concepts quickly and apply knowledge.
