Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, seeks a Finance Operations Analyst to support the Finance team during ERP integration. This hybrid role focuses on processing vendor invoices, PO changes, and coordinating across Finance, Procurement, and project teams in Houston, TX.

You will manage high volumes, verify coding, resolve discrepancies, and help ensure smooth go-lives during the transition period.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, finance operations, procurement administration, or purchase order management.
• Hands-on experience processing vendor invoices and PO changes within an ERP or financial management system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard business productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process vendor invoices following established procedures and approval requirements.
• Prepare and process purchase order change orders, including pricing, quantity, scope, and other authorized changes.
• Verify invoices and POs for proper coding, documentation, approvals, and accuracy.
• Resolve invoice, PO, documentation, and approval discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, project teams, and operations to resolve transaction issues.
• Monitor outstanding transactions and prioritize work based on deadlines and our needs.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation for audit and internal control purposes.
• Communicate transaction status, outstanding approvals, and processing issues to appropriate team members.
• Support existing processes and workflows throughout the ERP implementation and go-live transition.
• Help prevent transaction backlogs and maintain continuity of Finance operations during the transition period.

About the role:

Houston, TX

We are looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to provide temporary support to the Finance team during a major ERP integration and system transition. Reporting to the Director of Asset Management Reporting, this is a hybrid position. We focus on maintaining accurate processing of vendor invoices and purchase order change orders. Meanwhile, the broader Finance team supports ERP implementation, project setup, and go-live activities.

You will have hands‑on experience with accounts payable, invoice processing, purchase orders, and ERP or financial systems. You will be comfortable managing a high volume of transactions, resolving discrepancies, and working across Finance, Procurement, project, and operations teams.
