The University of Missouri System’s Trulaske College of Business - Finance seeks a highly motivated Office Support Assistant IV to provide broad administrative support for the Department of Finance in Columbia, MO.

You will assist full-time faculty, adjunct instructors, and staff; manage calendars; coordinate department events; maintain course listings; support budgeting, payroll, and onboarding of part-time instructors; and handle onboarding tasks with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to manage high volumes of transactions and multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a source of general information for faculty, adjunct instructors, graduate assistants, alumni, and staff.
• Provide office and administrative support to Finance department chair (typing, calendar management, reception, events, correspondence, scheduling).
• Coordinate finance department events (advisory board meetings, programs, student groups, faculty meetings).
• Maintain College course listings and update schedule changes.
