Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an OCM Lead within the Finance domain to drive user adoption, training delivery, and process alignment across North American plants. You will collaborate with BAs and POs to implement SAP S/4HANA changes, develop SPLs, and maintain training dashboards. Expect 50–75% travel to support deployments and trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT or related field.
• Travel 50-75% (max 2 weeks per trip).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA in Finance domain preferred.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, process improvement and training.
• Able to manage multiple information streams and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the OCM representative within the Finance domain, driving Power User adoption strategies and mitigating risks.
• Identify opportunities where OCM services (Transformation, Training, Process Mapping, Communications) add value.
• Upskill on domain knowledge and deliver hands-on training at plants and facilities; keep resources updated.
• Act as liaison between domain stakeholders, Power Users, and OCM team; gather requirements and risks.
• Translate domain knowledge into clear SPLs and training docs in English and Spanish.
• Maintain and track training deliverables through dashboards (SPLs per sprint).
• Collaborate with other change management areas to deliver timely information.
• Share insights to support smooth adoption of changes and alignment with goals.
• Work with BAs and POs to stay updated on system changes impacting users.
• Travel to different plant locations in North America: 50–75%.
