Job summary

Skadden’s Finance group in Palo Alto or Los Angeles is seeking outstanding lateral candidates with general finance experience. The ideal candidate will draft and negotiate obligation papers, security and loan documents, and have UCC and corporate experience.

Data center/digital infrastructure experience is a plus. Strong academics and peer-firm background preferred, with a discretionary year-end bonus possible.

Los Angeles / Palo Alto - Finance - Mid to Senior Level - Associate

Lateral Associate

Finance

Skadden’s Finance group is looking for outstanding lateral candidates (class of 2022-2019) with general finance experience to sit in our Palo Alto or Los Angeles offices. The ideal candidate has expertise drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents, UCC experience as well as general corporate experience. Experience with data center or digital infrastructure work a plus. High level of academic achievement and peer firm experience preferred. The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $310,000 to $420,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
