Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate in our Los Angeles office. The selected candidate will work on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation and leasing, with a strong emphasis on deal execution.

The position targets candidates with three to four years of experience, a high level of academic achievement, and a track record in law firm

Lateral Associate

The Real Estate group in the Los Angeles office is seeking mid-level associates with three to four years' experience (class of 2022-2023), working on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation and leasing. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm preferred. The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $260,000 to $310,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
