The Finance group in theNew York office is looking for a mid-level associate (i.e., class of 2022-2021), with general finance experience, including drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements and other loan documents, UCC experience as well as general corporate experience. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred. The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $310,000-$365,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
