Job summary

Qualifications

Lead and direct all financial operations, strategic fiscal planning, and accounting functions. Develop long-term financial strategies, annual budgets, and risk management frameworks to ensure organizational financial health, compliance, and profit maximization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the corporate financial strategy to support long-term business goals and capital investments.
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to optimize liquidity and operational capital.
• Direct the preparation of periodic and annual financial statements in accordance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Establish and maintain robust internal control systems, financial risk management policies, and statutory compliance.
• Analyze financial performance metrics (KPIs) and provide actionable data-driven recommendations to C-suite leadership.
• Manage relationships with banking institutions, auditors, tax authorities, and financial partners.
• Lead, mentor, and build high-performing finance and accounting teams to drive departmental excellence.

Qualifications:
