Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A Supply Chain Finance in Chicago. This role is the central finance partner for NA supply chain, advising the Head of SC Finance and FP&A, leading monthly results, forecasts, and budgeting efforts across multiple functional areas.

The position requires strong Excel and financial systems skills, 3+ years in FP&A/forecasting, and proven cross‑functional collaboration and communication abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ Excel mastery and financial systems acumen.
  • Minimum 3 years’ Financial Planning / Forecasting experience.
  • Influencing skills and ability to work across the organization required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Establish & lead efficient roles and routines for financial processes (monthly results reporting and forecast roll-ups).
  • Coordinate the Budget and Strategic Plan for North America Supply Chain with cross-functional partners in Operations, Commercial, HR, Global and Finance.
  • Support Head of Supply Chain Finance in ad-hoc analytical requests.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance teams in Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics to build the Monthly Business Reviews, Forecast Reviews and Budget Checkpoints.
  • Review analytical projects by identifying potential savings and give input on which projects are most viable. Determine subsequent project plans and timelines.
  • Partner with operations stakeholders to integrate budgets and forecasts into business review.
  • Lead training and change management initiatives across the organization to improve team capabilities.

Finance Manager, FP&A Supply Chain Finance at a Glance

The Finance Manager, FP&A Supply Chain Finance is the central supply chain finance person within North America that provides broad business and financial counsel to the Head of SC Finance, Head of FP&A, Manufacturing VPs, and ZTE. This role will work to increase visibility into supply chain performance across NA Operations. The manager will work under the direction of the Finance Lead – FP&A Supply Chain Finance. This role will lead teams in rituals and routines, process improvements, and cost savings initiatives in addition to assisting in the budget, forecast, and results reporting process.

Compensation and Benefits

New Hire Base Salary Range $104,200.00 - $130,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
