Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years total experience in finance/accounting.
• Experience with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance expertise.
• Knowledge of financial forecasting, budget management, and consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term financial goals, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee internal financial controls and improve accounting processes.
• Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and performance analyses.
• Manage month-end close, consolidations, and financial reporting packages.
• Coordinate audits and support audit preparation.
• Prepare and file tax returns in collaboration with the accounting team.
• Supervise daily operations of the Finance and Accounting Department.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
