Mesa Labs is seeking a Staff Financial Reporting Manager to oversee the financial reporting process and ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS. You will lead the preparation of timely financial statements, manage the external audit, and provide insightful analysis to support strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least eight years in financial reporting, with strong ERP and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in financial reporting, accounting or auditing.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage external audit process and filings (SEC, 10-Q/10-K).
• Improve reporting processes and automation.
• Lead and mentor the financial reporting team.
