Job summary

Inframark invites a seasoned Finance Manager to lead the annual operating and capital planning, forecast updates, and monthly profitability reporting within the Community Management Services team in Texas. You will supervise onsite staff, drive cost controls, and coordinate with field personnel during close cycles.

A CPA/CFA isn’t required but strong accounting, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Local governmental accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of the annual operating and capital plan.
• Manage monthly outlook and quarterly reforecasts with reporting.
• Analyze monthly performance and profitability for support services.
• Liaise with field personnel during close; review variances and adjacencies.
• Assist with budget processes and cost-control initiatives.
