Hillman Group is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the finance function for its U.S. industrial businesses.

You will ensure accuracy and integrity of financial results and lead budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and financial reporting. You will manage the general ledger, cash receipts, and accounts payable, support audits and internal controls, and partner with business leaders to improve financial performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

• Advises the business on ways to improve financial performance and participates in key decision making; communicates drivers of results to leaders.
• Manages financial close, reporting and variance analysis; communicates results with insights to the business.
• Leads budgeting and forecasting, including annual budget and long-term 5-year forecasts.
• Maintains GAAP compliance and strong control environment; supports audits.
• Directs shared services: AR, collections, AP, disbursements; partners with treasury for cash management.
