Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for leadership review.
• Support budgeting and forecasting to guide major decisions.
• Ensure financial processes are accurate and compliant across AP, AR, and GL.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team and drive process improvements.

What You BringBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field1-3 years of accounting experience (bonus points for hospitality/event experience!)Confident with Excel + financial systems (ERP experience is a plus)A solid understanding of GAAP and strong attention to detailCPA or working toward it is great—but not required
