Job summary

Levy, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead finance operations at the location. You will oversee accurate filing, month-end close, payroll processing, and AP/AR duties while communicating results to leadership and driving financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in finance/accounting, strong Excel skills, and solid stakeholder management. This role supports event-driven hours and collaborates with site leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Finance/Accounting role.
• Ecommerce experience preferred.
• High level of Excel literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work non-standard hours as dictated by event schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and efficient filing of financial archive files and data
• Ensures required department reports are completed and information is compiled at month-end closing
• Ensures team members adhere to Levy guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbook
• Manages payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable process
• Ensures all payroll information is accurate and submitted on a timely basis
• Clearly communicates financial results to management on a regular basis
• Provides accurate and targeted financial analysis as requested
• Other duties, as assigned

Job Description

As an Accounting Manager, you’ll be part of the team responsible for ensuring the accurate management and reporting of the location’s finances – working with the location leadership team to develop action plans to continually drive financial performance. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and dynamic Finance/Accounting professional. They will understand financial concepts and how these relate to operational procedures and outcomes.
