Job summary

GenPro Energy Solutions is seeking a Financial Manager to lead project financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across our EPC solar projects. You will partner with the Director of Project Controls, project managers, estimating, engineering, and procurement to set budgets and deliver accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Project Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of accounting, financial analysis, or project finance experience, including supervision.
• Experience in construction, EPC, energy infrastructure, or renewable energy industries preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with margin analysis, KPI development, and preparing financial reports for executive audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project financial systems, accounting software, or ERP platforms.
• Strong financial analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Budget Analyst supervision, set priorities, timelines, and quality standards.
• Manage solar EPC project budgets from kickoff to completion and track variances.
• Forecast project labor, costs, and operational performance metrics.
• Prepare budget and financial performance reports for leadership and project managers.
• Develop and report on strategic KPI’s and executive-level insights.
• Support cash flow forecasting and oversee project financial tracking across systems.
