GenPro Energy Solutions is seeking a Project Cost Coordinator to support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning across our EPC solar projects in Piedmont, SD. You will work with the Director of Project Controls, project managers, and procurement to monitor budgets and deliver data-driven insights.

The role focuses on variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, and improving financial reporting procedures while leveraging Procore and ERP tools to enhance project profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, project management, business or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting or project finance experience.
• Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets from initiation to completion.
• Perform variance analysis and provide regular financial reports.
• Forecast cash flow and track costs across ERP systems.
• Identify process improvements for budgeting and reporting.
