GenPro Energy Solutions is seeking a Financial Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control for EPC solar projects. You will work with project teams to establish baselines, monitor margins, and deliver data-driven insights to ensure on-budget, on-time project delivery.

The role includes supervising the Budget Analyst, tracking change orders, and supporting executive-level financial reporting. Hybrid work in Piedmont, SD with HQ presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Project Management, or Business Administration preferred.
• 5–7 years of accounting, financial analysis, or project finance experience, including supervision.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with margin analysis, KPI development, and reporting to executives.
• Strong Excel and ERP experience; ability to communicate financial information clearly.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting and cost control across EPC solar projects.
• Manage project budgets from initiation through completion and assist in baseline budgeting.
• Track change orders and ensure accurate reflection in budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare regular budget and financial performance reports for stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and report on strategic KPIs and financial insights.
