Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related analytical field.
• 5+ years of finance or related analytical field experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead attainment analysis and identify opportunities to improve attainment.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to drive process improvements.
• Collect, analyze and manage data to support cost reductions and business improvements.
• Advise on short- and medium-term volume planning and cost impact.
• Collaborate with North America Transportation on capacity and network drivers.
• Compare weekly volume against plan and identify controllable drivers.
• Report forecast accuracy and work with S&OP to drive corrective actions.
• Quantify buffers costs and advise on its impact to P&L.
