Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Nashville, TN seeks a Finance Manager to join the North America Operations FP&A Outbound Reporting team, driving consolidation, analysis and storytelling of outbound transportation financials.

You will partner with carrier FP&A teams, influence quarter outlook, and support month-end close while maintaining strong controllership and delivering actionable insights under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets.
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns.
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Driving the integrity and accuracy of the NA outbound KPI’s and financial reporting.
• Exercising clear communication and strong partnership skills to tell a concise and consistent story.
• Ensuring a high degree of controllership and compliance by monitoring forecast accuracy and variances.
• Using financial models to draw conclusions, make recommendations, and inform decisions.
• Setting up mechanisms, streamlining processes, and improving controllership.
• Handling ambiguous situations with good judgment under tight deadlines.
• Performing ad-hoc analysis and embracing change.
