Bring CIA certification, a portfolio of work, and 7+ years of finance experience. You’ll coordinate audits, reconcile accounts, and improve chart of accounts while maintaining integrity and strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Settle expense reports fast enough that nobody chases you twice.
• Surface the three expense lines quietly eating the finance margin.
• Shepherd the year-end self-directed audit from PBC list to signed opinion.
• Convert a messy chart of accounts into something a newcomer can read.
• Reconcile the credit-card feed against receipts nobody wants to chase.
• Lead the TechAdvantage audit preparation and serve as primary contact for external auditors.
• Build the manager analyst's first reconciliation checklist from scratch.
• Sharpen month-end close until it runs in days, not weeks.
