Job summary

Directive Consulting seeks an experienced accounting/FP&A professional to own the monthly close, deliver margin insights, and support pricing decisions. You will present forward-looking KPI analyses and collaborate with leadership on P&L, budgets, and strategic growth planning.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in accounting/FP&A with hands-on GAAP close and strong Excel modeling. Experience in a remote-first agency/SaaS environment, plus fluent English and a builder mindset, are highly valued.
